For example, because hybrid vehicles have two independent cooling systems, and for example, if the technician wants to replace the engine coolant, he must have enough information about the cooling systems and their location.

Also, because in hybrid vehicles, the engine ECU is under the control of the HYBRID ECU, so the driver cannot make ON and OFF the engine and it is controlled only by the HYBRID ECU.

For this reason, after changing the engine oil and checking for oil leaks, the gasoline engine needs to be left on.

Therefore, if the person ordering the part does not have enough information about the systems and components of a hybrid car, he will face various questions in ordering the parts and may even order the part incorrectly.

Body repair technicians 
Hybrid vehicles have high voltage power. Orange cables also have high voltage power as standard. Therefore, working on such a car requires safety considerations. Body technicians should also have information about the components of the hybrid system and their location, so as not to cause electric shock.

As a result, different people with different positions need to pass a hybrid course so that they do not have problems while working and also have customer satisfaction.
